2. Custom Items Policy

  • Custom Items Are Non-Returnable: Custom-made items are created specifically for your personal needs and cannot be returned or refunded once they are completed or shipped.
  • If a custom item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

3. Return Policy

Eligible for Returns
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Promotional Sale” on the product page.

4. Return Request Process

  2. Include the following in your email:

  • A description of the issue.

Additional Notes
  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: Orders over $200 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • For damaged or defective items due to manufacturing or shipping, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, and you may not need to return the item.

5. Replacement Policy

While we do not offer warranty services, we do provide a free replacement for items with the following issues:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Items with faults originating from the production process.
  • Transit Damage: Items damaged during shipping.
